New Dashboard feedback

Just discovered the new dashboard - it's impossible, not intuitive at all. Will not be upgrading my Flex to another Fitbit!

Hi there @KAM77, thanks for bringing to my attention your concerns about the new Dashboard. Let me start by giving you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community.

 

I'm not sure if you are referring to the actual Dashboard of the Fitbit app. If this is the case, I appreciate a lot your feedback, but there hasn't been any recent change regarding the Fitbit app Dashboard though.

 

So, I'm a bit confused regarding your concern. This Dashboard has a few years that was implemented. Nonetheless, if you have encountered an issue and there is any way to address it; feel free to let me know more details. I'll will be happy to give you some extra help.

 

I will take your comments as feedback for our current Dashboard. So I will make sure to pass forward your concerns regarding the design of the Dashboard to our teams.

Hello

I was referring to the dashboard. I clicked on the Fitbit icon as normal
and it took me to a different dashboard - when I went on the Community
dashboard, other people had been complaining about it too. However, when I
tried again another day, the dashboard was back to normal. Perhaps your
software was experiencing a technical glitch?
