I downloaded the latest app on Friday, now every time I try to open the app on my phone, it gives me this error below. I have tried using my phone's built in wifi & also a different wifi and it won't get past this step when I hit retry. Help!
"Upgrading Database - This step requires an internet connection"

@Jeweljanz1, open the phone's Settings, Apps, and select Fitbit. Tell it to Force Stop the app, then Clear Cache and Delete Data. Then close the phone Settings screen, and shut down the phone. Turn the phone on again, and open the Fitbit app. It should start clean after that.
