I'm afraid you can't go back. Fitbit say:
"After you switch to the new app experience, you can no longer access the old Fitbit app design. Over the next few months, the old Fitbit app design won’t be available, and the new app experience will become permanent."

Yep this new App interface is garbage. I just repurchased a Fitbit after some time away. Was impressed with the UI then received the update. It’s a step backwards.
Should be an option to choose. Still within my return window. Might go back to my Apple Watch.
I sort of expected this so when I saw "no roll-back possible" and I thought 2 things: 1) how hard can it be for SW to create roll-back? and 2) let's wait for the reviews first because I have not so much trust in most "upgraded user experience as sold by any company"......seems it was a smart move, however, does not help all the people who already accepted the new SW without roll-back option. Come on FB!
