I have a LG g5 android phone but can't connect it to my Charge 2. I'm I doing something wrong or is it not possible?

I don't think that the LG G5 is on the Compatible Devices list, @Bevclyde, so it may not work. Some devices not on the list do work though.  Have you checked out the help article View Our Holiday Setup Guide for instructions and help?
