When I initially purchased my Blaze, I set it up to my Samsung Galaxy S6. Notifications came in just fine. About a month ago, I upgraded to the Galaxy S8+, and have not been able to receive notifications to my Blaze since. Tonight I have deleted the Fitbit app on my phone, reinstalled the app, deleted the Blaze from my profile and reinstalled it twice, turned on the notifications properly under my account in the app, etc. Every time I try to connect my phone to the Blaze via Bluetooth, it keeps giving me the error: "pairing rejected by Blaze". On my Blaze, the notifications are turned on, so I am thoroughly confused. Help or other suggestions are appreciated! 😊

I do not believe it is on the supported list yet. If its not then all things will not work correctly until it is tested and added

Thank you, Wendy! I checked last night, and again this morning, and it does appear to be supported. It gives me a whole list of features foe the S8+, including call and test notifications.
I may have to take some time and contact Customer Service. Thank you, again!!!

Trying to connect the Blaze via Bluetooth will allways guve the rejected message.
Tou want to setup the Blaze throygh the app, this is what you did when it was new. Once the tracker is connected to your profile the app will oair it to the phones bluetooth if it needs to.
I would use the app to setit up again, if this doesn't work, then use a different device to do the setup.
