New Phone will not tell me pace during my run

I have a Fitbit charge 2.  My old phone would tell me via speaker during my run when I hit a mile and what my pace was.  My new phone a Samsung Galaxy 3 does not.  I've looked at all of the settings I can think of and it still doesn't do it.

Hi there @JeriM, it's nice to see you have joined the Fitbti Community. The feature that allows this option is MobileRun. To learn more about this feature visit this post.

The settings for pace cues can be found in the same screen of this feature. Go to your exercise tile > Tap on the Stopwatch icon in the right corner.

If your phone is not working in the same way as it happened with your old mobile device, it's possible that the feature is not supported with the external speaker.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have additional questions.
