Downloaded the new app for android.   I noticed that the alarm section is gone from the app.   I use to like setting my alarm on my phone and then having jt sync with my Fitbit Blaze.   Any idea if it's coming back or am I missing it somewhere?

It's still there but a bit hidden.

 

On the main "today" tab of the dashboard, select your profile image at the top left of the screen, then select your fitbit. You will then be on the device settings where you'll find the alarms
