New app dashboard- can't monitor history

With the new app dashboard, when I scroll to Yesterday or any previous days, the nutrition, weight, water, etc. info doesn't update. I'm under the impression that this is an intentional update with the new dashboard, but it is undesirable since I can't compare calorie intake/burn between days or weight loss/gain as a day-by-day snapshot. This should be a user-configurable parameter, at the very least.

I was also wondering about this, it seems odd that when you swipe to previous days that they don't change accordingly. Can anyone shed any light on this?
Is it a deliberate feature or a bug?

Unfortunately this is a feature of the new dashboard design, which has been discussed extensively in this topic:

There are many posts that point out that this functionality is important to many users, for example my post here:

There is also a suggestion thread to return this functionality, or allow users to choose whichever app dashboard design they wish to use:

Please add votes and views to this in order to be heard by those who matter.
