New app update not showing data?

Hi folks! I updated to the latest app earlier this month and (surprise, surprise) the app isn’t working properly. I can see most of my “today” stats (except hourly activity) but it’s not showing any of my daily, weekly, monthly, yearly data. It’s really annoying me! I’ve contacted Fitbit and followed their troubleshooting (turn phone off/on, log out of app and log back in, offload app and reinstall) and it’s done nothing. They suggested I provide feedback on their community page (lol thanks). Is anyone else having this issue and has anyone solved it?

Thank you so much for letting us know that the Fitbit app is not showing your daily, weekly, monthly and yearly data. 

I want to thank you for all your efforts too.

Which Fitbit app version do you have and which iOS or Android version does your phone/tablet have? 

Yesterday a new Fitbit app version was released the 4.43. Please check again if you can update this app version and try again the following:

  1. Logout. 
  2. Uninstall.
  3. Reinstall. 
  4. Login.
