New app update problems

My app isn't syncing correctly. It is showing the correct amount of steps but isn't updating my active hours and isn't adding my steps correctly in the weekly challeges.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post, sorry for the inconvenience you went through. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Which Fitbit device you're currently using? In the meantime I receive your reply, please restart your Fitbit device and follow the next steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date
  4. Reboot your mobile device
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app
  6. Try again
