New charge 2 will not send out call notifications to my LG V20

I have tried every thing to get this working. Was on chat line at fit it for 45 minutes and still not working.Everything else works . My job is one l can not miss calls and is loud at times and cannot here it ring. Can anyone help.

Since the LG V20 is not currently a supported device, situations like this can happen. The app is not fully optimized to work with that mobile device and thus, 100% functionality cannot be guaranteed.
