I hate the new update! I want my old dash board back. Not only is the set up and function absolutely horrible but I can no longer see my steps when my fit bit is synced. This has got to be the absolute worst update ever! Everything about this update sucks!
It sounds as if your sync was not successful @Wheelerrm716 how long ago does the app say the last sync happened. Click on the tracker.
Best AnswerSync has been successful every time. Synced 30 seconds ago. All I can see are my challenges and the things I can add from the discovery section. No step count, calorie count, stair count, active minutes so basically no dash board. From what I've seen others post, it's apparently suppose to be there but for me and many others it's not. I'm a little less frustrated knowing that's how it's suppose to be but still not happy with this update at all.
Also did not mean to accept as solution, problem not solved.

Is the main dashboard with steps etc just hidden? Is there an option to show them when you select "Edit" ?
Best AnswerNo, I saw a screen shot of what it should look like and mine definitely doesn't have it. It's a glitch in the update that many are experiencing. I just hope the fix it soon.
Best AnswerI really hate the new dash. So much so the layout unmotivated me to log my water, or even care for looking at the app. I hate that you can’t switch back. Makes me wonder why companies do things like this. Did it ever hurt to have two dash options?!
its been hard to keep up my progress when the app is so unnatural and frankly not appealing to the eye. It’s not easy and it’s clunky. Of all the things that could change this would have been the last thing I was thinking...
I hate it too. There’s absolutely NOTHING that I like about the new dashboard - the design sucks. It is flat and boring. Frustratingly, I did not even accept the new dashboard; I had synced my Fitbit during a walk today and inadvertently tapped the screen whilst placing it in my pocket. The next time I checked, I had a new dashboard!?! 🤷🏻:female_sign:
I want to revert back to the old dashboard. Any suggestions, because this new one just doesn’t cut the mustard!? 😟😠
@TejiK Do a search for "fitbit android app 2.87" and download it. Delete the current Fitbit app and manually install the 2.87 version. That will get you back to the old dashboard. Just be sure to go into your settings and tell it not to auto-update after you're done.
Best AnswerMaybe it is time to get out of Fitbit, though I've been with this tracking service since 2014. If someone can tell me how to get out of the swamp, then I will be happy. If not, I guess I can go online to check other options.
Best AnswerThanks; I’ll have a go. I have an iPhone so there must be an equivalent for an iPhone. Phew; will let you know how I get on!
