New dashboard daily stats at bottom of the screen

My husband and I both have the new dashboard look. Our daily stats were at the top like it's supposed to be but within a few days of the update my daily stats have been moved down to the bottom of the screen and my husband's is still at the top. I can't find a fix for this. Anyone else have this issue and find a fix?

I've cleared cache, cleared data and reinstalled the app 3 times. This is the 3rd time I've tried to post this. The first 2 times it was deleted.

I've even called customer service and she told me my issue was being sent to the engineering department but it could take a while before they even look into it.

Please tell me someone knows how to fix this!

I appreciate all the information and details that were shared in your post, and for troubleshooting this prior to posting. Sorry for the inconvenience experienced with your new dashboard design. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android devices both of you are using? Also, when did you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device
  3. Make sure that the Android version of your mobile device is up to date
  4. Reboot your mobile device
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app
  6. Login using your credentials
  7. Let me know if the issue persist.

Hello!

I got the new dashboard look about 2 or 3 weeks ago I think. It was fine
for a few days then one morning for some reason the daily stats were down
at the bottom. My husband got the new dashboard look roughly a week ago I
think.
My husband and I both have the LG V40.
I have cleared cache, cleared data, force stop and uninstall, restart the
phone and then reinstalled. I have done those steps 3 separate times. It
has not fixed the issue.
I noticed today there was an app update so I am thinking about trying those
steps again but I worry it's just a waste of time.

 

Edited to add: I just did it again and it still didn't fix the issue.
