@Redkettle - Hi and welcome - I am not sure if I will be correct but I think I remember nothing showing until I had added at least 1 friend to the list then yours will show as a comparison

Tried that cant find add had an email to rejoin the list but when i press button nothing happens driving me crazy as b4 changed phone we had all been joined for 18months the fit bit showing everything fine please help Debx
