  • Hello i got the new samsung A20 and now my fitbit alta hr wont connect. Ive tried getting rid of it and adding it as a  new device but now after i put the pin number that comes up on the tracker it will try to connect for a few minutes then say it cannot. I have tried turing my bluetooth on and off again and even getting rid of the app but nothings working. HELP!

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

I do still have my pld one but i have learned that is not the issue. With
the new update my phonenis incompatible with Fitbit
