New to fitbit

Hello, Ive never used fitbit before. I am not able to sign in the mobile app, it keep saying invalid password or email. I am using same credentials for web app and it works just fine. I tried some of the suggestions I found on the internet but nothing helps. I cant even get email to rest password.

Are you trying to create new account, or sign into an existing account?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
