New update - GO BACK!

As evidenced by all the comments, the new updated charts "look" is not good. Did any users actually beta-test the update? The charts don't show detail, can't see what is going on with my breathing as it looks like I developed sleep apnea overnight... geez guys, come on... test for bugs and get customer feedback before implementing, like most software developers do!

Agreed. Plus displays show calendar units instead of rolling units. For example, the weekly display shows Sunday through Saturday, not a rolling week of the last seven days. Does that mean that, come Sunday, the weekly view will only show one day's worth of data with 6 blanks? Can't wait for January 1, 2023... it falls on a Sunday which would mean useless displays for weekly, monthly and yearly trends!

Same issues here. I'm using Charge 3 with Android phone. Not sure I will buy another Fitbit, if software updates cause this many issues to users. You don't have Android phones in your beta group of testers? How is that possible? Fitbit is owned by Google (Android creator), but you didn't beta test on Android?

I agree, I am hating the updates and before update mybsp02 was fine now my graph looks like I should be gasping all night. Please go back to all the old graphs. This new sp02 graph is scaring me!!! Does anyone else have this issue. I asked them How I could turn the graph off and it cannot be turned off. May switch out of fitbit. Very disappointing.

You know who the testers are, lol. It's us. And they already said they won't go back, but fix the issues. Any bets on how long it will take to get everything fixed?

I'm afraid that is the actual problem, google has a history of not listening to users needs and wishes but knowing everything better.

Totally agree. My calories burned chart is all 1 color and I can't see exact numbers when touching the columns. Not an upgrade. Betting this will be a nee premium feature.

I totally agree. The Sp02 chart was needlessly scarey. I was on the point of phoning my sleep clinic as all of a sudden it appeared that my CPAP treatment had ceased to work. The graph itself was needlessly "spikey" in appearance unlike its predecessor. In terms of other appearances - why do I need a bar chart showing the amount of calories consumed at timed points during the day? It's a pointless exercise, and difficut to read on a small screen anyway. All I need is a total figure per day ... not at points during the day. I haven't really explored the other charts, but if these two are anything to go by this is NOT an improvement. As the old saying goes "if it ain't broke don't fix it". So far I am not, as invited to, enjoying exploring the new charts ... but the Sp02 glitch is by far the worst thing in the upgrade causing as it has a great deal of concern, worry and,frankly, fright. Glitch it may be, but it needs fixing and fast by reverting to the old display!

Can't see exact count of steps by month, like we could previously, that was a great motivation to exceed the previous months counts. The avg isn't useful in any way.

I agree I hate this new update do not like anything about it. Why fix something that was totaly fine and now it's broken.

@mr_v Yes. Today's food chart shows Sunday and only Sunday.

@Shazza24 It was a long way from fine. I searched these forums for some of the bugs I was going to mention in the last year before I made a new post about it. Some of them have been asking for bug fixes for over 4 years. It's probably over 5 by now.

Agreed!!! It's terrible..... I'm always in awe as to how a company rolls out something that is supposed to be superior to the older version and it quite frankly sucks!

I only bought my versa 3 in January and now it is as useful as a $10 watch. I bought it for the app and data I could use from it but now it's just an overpriced accessory.

Yes this new look is ugly af but more importantly it seems to have stuck my Versa with yesterday's data. Altho the time and date are right, my steps, calories, and other metrics didn't reset at midnight like it's supposed to. No resets of either the watch and app have fixed it so far. Thanks Fitbit for effing up again!

My Versa 2 just up and stopped receiving text messages once I did the update. I've tried everything. Nothing is working. I was on a chat with a rep and I said about a glitch in the app and he said "oh I see". I did everything he said even though I already did it. Nothing 🙄

Fitbit ruined this app for me. I'm chocked at how horrible it is. Calender month? Who wants to se just the first day in the beginning of a month? This is completely useless. Come on... And what happened to click on a graph and get a full screen,  it's gone (?).

Agreed, for me to find the data pointing any of the graphs, my finger tip covers the information I'm looking up.  Not being able to find the times now means I may need to find another tracker for health information.  Unless there is an option to change the view of the graphs, it needs to go back to the old view.
