According to posts I've read, there seems to be an issue with sleep data showing correctly in the Fitbit app, but not displaying on the device. So far, I haven't seen any solution for this. It may need to be fixed through a update.
The good news is that since you see the data in your app, that means your data was successfully uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers. Still, it's a bit annoying not to see it on your Charge 5.
