Hi, @Starjr52 welcome to the community. May I suggest you try reloading the app? Sync your app, Go into your phone settings>apps>Fitbit>clear cache and delete the app. Restart your phone and reload the app from the Play Store, log in again.
You do not mention which device you are using, check the GPS settings are active on your device.

Best AnswerI have a versa 3. Went through step by step what you suggested but to no avail. App still locks up when attempting to display day's activity map. Settings on versa 3 does not display gps settings.
