NewxCharge will not update

Pls help got new watch yesterday spent the day trying to get it to update as the face is stuck on the logo and website under it. Its paired n syncd but the bluetooth connection will not stay on for the update. I've tried all the trouble shooting. I've tried updating on different phones tablet still loses the connection. Any help would be greatly appreciated before I through it out the window 😭

Hi, @Pamh38 , are you trying to make the connection via your phone’s bluetooth settings?  That will not work.  You must do the full set up via the Fitbit app.

Fitbit said there is a fault in it so waitin on a new one.
