I'm no longer getting challenge notifications on an Android platform. The notifications box is checked. I've tried unchecking and rechecking. I've tried logging out and back in to the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Restarted my phone. App is fully updated. Still no notifications. Thoughts?

Hello @NineteenTwelve, it's nice to see a familiar face in the Community. Thank you for letting m know what you have tried to do in order to address this issue. This is a very odd behavior although I can think in some reasons why you are not receiving challenge notifications:
If you’re not receiving notifications, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check if you’ve authorized your mobile device to receive Fitbit push notifications.
- Make sure Do Not Disturb is turned off on your mobile device.
- Go to www.fitbit.com/user/profile/notifications. Make sure you’ve selected to receive mobile notifications for Challenges, then click Save.
- In the Fitbit app, turn on the All-Day Sync option so you can receive timely updates about your adventure. Keep in mind this option may reduce battery life on both your tracker and mobile device. To turn on All-Day Sync, follow these steps:
- From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap Account.
- Tap your tracker.
- Find the option to turn on All-Day Sync.
Hope this helps and don't forget to keep me posted.

The same thing is suddenly happening to me, too, apparently since the latest FitBit software update a few days ago. Sad I am no longer receiving any FitBot challenges. I have verified that my device (ios) has enabled notifications for FitBit...also have restarted phone, logged in and out of app, uninstalled and reinstalled app..... suggestions? Help?

The problem isn't with all Fitbit notifications. Others work just fine, such as, goals reached and such. The problem is simply with Challenge notifications. If Challenge members post, no notification is received, and this is a new problem. None of your additional suggestions fix this problem and nothing has worked to date. From the new message below, sounds like this is a bug in software updates for Android and OS and unfortunately, I cannot revert back to a previous version of the software application.

I also receive no challenge notifications via android fitbit app or email. This covers starting a challenge, anyone joining or any messages sent once the challenge is running.
