The Fitbit App cannot find my Versa. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8.

Hi I'm also having this issue. I have an Alta and the app keeps losing connection with my fitbit. I have uninstalled both several times. Now it will not connect at all with my alta. I have a Samsung S9 plus

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Also having this issue with my Samsung galaxy 8 syncing.  Tried all the suggestions. Removed device from app. When trying to pair cannot find now.  No issues with the iPhone app.  Also having issues with it auto recording exercise.
