No Hearth Rate information on app

Hi, 

 

I've just purchased an ionic, set it up earlier today. Although I'm getting a solid heart rate on the watch, it is not synching to the app. When I click on heart rate on app its showing "no measurements" 

 

I've seen others have this issue, I've tried absolutely everything people have recommended as a solution including:

- uninstalling app, deleting cache, restarting phone. 

- live data enabled on dashboard. 

- all day sync enabled. 

- unsynched watch and started all over again. 

 

All other info is synching, and live heart rate is showing in app so its not a poor connection with my arm. 

 

Any help appreciated as the device will have to go back if I can't get this working 🤞

I appreciate all the information and details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using and syncing with your Ionic? Even though some steps were already tried, please follow the next ones:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.
