UPDATED: The issue is not related to Strava, I have updated my post, the workouts are coming direct from Peloton and the data is showing when I log into the online dashboard, this is actually an app issue since the new update.
I use the Pixel Watch 2 and sync my workouts from Peloton to Fitibit. This worked flawlessly previously when I was using my Fitbit Sense 2, which I used before the Pixel watch. What I see now is that when my workouts are sent over, when I open them to view data in the Ftibit app, there is no heart rate data populated for the workout. If I initiate a walk from my watch or Fitibit app directly, however, the heart rate data populates for that exercise with no problem. This is only for workouts sent from the other app.
I could also mention that I had a lull in using my Fitibit Sense 2 before I got the Pixel Watch 2. So I have not used the Sense 2 while using the updated Fitibit app,I only started using the Pixel Watch 2 since the updated app was released so I am not 100% sure how to narrow down the problem. Any ideas how we could try to get that data flowing again?

Hi, @alakai14, welcome, I'm not familiar with the Strava setup but when pairing other devices such as scales or MyFitnessPal you are given a checklist of the data that can be shared. May I suggest you review those settings? This article may show you the way forward Fitbit and Strava .
I hope this helps.

Ok, I should update this, the issue is NOT that the data isn't being sent to Fibit, I logged into my Fitibit account and viewed my data online from the computer, and the heartrate data is there. So the issue is actually that the Fitbit app is not showing detailed information like it used to for my Peloton exercises in the Fitibit APP.

Hi, @alakai14 thanks for the update. I'm not familiar with Peleton (though other community members are) I can confirm a "Walk" will produce the full catalogue of data including average HR and an HR graph.
Cheers

I have the same issue with proton. Also doesn't show heart rate data if I log a workout manually. If I wear the pixel watch, but log the workout manually, it should match my heart rate data to that workout from the same time period and show in app. It did this in previous version of Fitbit app.

@alakai14 I'll try to offer my personal experience with Peloton and my Charge 6. Maybe it'll be useful, but I am using iOS and a Charge 6, not a PW2 and Android.
I have a Peloton tread and since getting my Charge 6, I have had no issues with displaying the heart rate to my Peloton and recording the workouts. So what I do is start the Peloton and on my Charge 6, I select the option for "HR on Equipment" from the drop down menu. Then it connects to Peloton and on my Charge 6, I have to select a workout option (run, walk, treadmill, etc). I pick treadmill and start my workout as I normally would. I can see my heart rate displayed on my Peloton the entire workout. When I'm done, I end my exercise on the watch and it shows up in the app as a treadmill exercise like it normally would.
So maybe it's an Android issue not displaying the heart rate of your workouts in the Fitbit app. Have you tried deleting the Fitbit app and reinstalling? I'd like to see if more people chime in with this same issue to see if it is an Android app issue because it works on iOS for me.

Hi, @alakai14 & @Jesseclem the feeling is the new Android app may not have reinstated your link to the third-party app with which you were previously sharing data. Under these circumstances might I suggest you investigate the link between Peleton & Fitbit apps, unlike the Charge 6 the PW does not broadcast HR to gym equipment. How do I connect Fitbit with another app? provides the basics, you will need to investigate your Peleton app to find out where this setting can be re-instated.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful. Let us know how you get on.
Cheers

Hi @Heather-S, thanks for the reply. I also have no issues with the PW2 broadcasting my heartrate to my Peloton; that works great. The issue is just in the app, like you pointed out. When I go to view my workout, it doesn't show the heartrate data as it used to for my Peloton workouts, or like how it does if I start a walk manually from Fitbit or my watch. However, when I log in to Fitibit online and view my dashboard, I can see the heartrate data in there for the Peloton workouts. So it does feel like a bug with the Android app after the update in this case. I did submit a feedback form from the app on my phone. And hope that maybe someone from Fitbit can see this post as well so this can be fixed.

I have the same problem with a different setup. I wear a polar chest strap that pairs with peloton. The workouts are appearing in fitbit app, but no heart rate data. The Google Fit app Is receiving the heart rate data. I'm still in the free period for the fitbit app, but won't continue if this doesn't get fixed.
