No Map tab on Alta

I have a Fitbit Alta and a phone running Android 7.1.2. I cannot see a map showing where I ran.

* This is the first run I have done with my new phone

* The audio prompts telling distance worked fine throughout the run

* When I pressed finished the app showed me a map of the completed run as normal

* I can now see the map of today's run on neither the app nor the desktop

* I can see the maps for previous runs on both the app and the desktop

Any ideas what's gone wrong?

@PaulWW, did you use Pause & Resume during run?  This is known to cause the activity to not be saved.  When using the MobilRun feature, do not use the Pause & Resume, but wait until the end of the run and then use Pause & Finish. That will save the activity.

Thanks Larry. Yes I did hit pause, by accident, and so had to resume. I don't normally use pause and resume so this sounds like the cause.
