No able to add activities on android app

I saw another recent post about adding an activity manually on the app through Android. I followed the directions and also made sure I have the most updated version of the app. The only things I can do when I click on the + sign is start sleep or log sleep

What Fitbit app version do you have? 

For Android, the latest version is 4.04. However, the most recent version is still rolling out.

I'm still on 4.03. Clicking on the + sign on the Today page gives me the option to manually add an activity.
