The COVID-19 tab at the bottom of the Fitbit app main screen allows you to take a survey and from there start monitoring symptoms and temperature.
I have completed the survey and the following screen gives an option to "Start Logging Daily" or "Not Now." The button for Start Logging Daily will not activate. I've tried clicking on it at different times throughout the day.
Is there a reason why one would be blocked from logging symptoms?

I just wanted to add -- I'm writing this on behalf of my husband's account. On my Samsung phone the symptom logging works perfectly but on my husband's phone (the exact same phone) it just won't work when he clicks on Start Logging Now, even though I went through the exact same steps to complete the survey.

The exact same thing is happening to me, too. Pixel 4XL, here. Did you ever get it working?
