Hi!
My wife has a Flex 2 fitbit and a Galaxy J3 phone.
All aspects of the app seem to work, apart from when trying to add friends she gets the message:
Her phone is full of contacts and when she installed the app she allowed access to her contacts. I have added her as a 'friend' from my account and she can join my challenges (and vice versa) and so other aspects of 'friends' seem to be working.
Any advice would be welcome. Many thanks.

Hello @J9PUR, It is nice to see you around one more time. I was reading your wife is having issues to see in the Fitbit app, the contacts stored on her phone. In this case since you have took already the initiative to review the access permission of the app to her phone, I'm not gonna mention this.
Now, based on your screenshot this portion of the app won't affect any of the friends features you have available, like the challenges as you were mentioning. Here she can add friends from the contacts stored on her phone, but something important to keep in mind is that the contacts need to have an email address saved as well since it won't work with the phone number.
So make sure to review this requirement and let me know if you or your wife need more help. Take care!

Thank you!
We thought we had tried everythig but looking at my wife's contact lists, we realised that none of them had any e-mail addresses attached. We tried adding an e-mail address of one of her freinds and upon opening the Fitbit app, her friend was listed in the 'Add Friends' tab. We will now go through the rest of her contacts and add email addresses.
Thank you again.
