No data in App but on Dashboard

Hi all!

Since month I have sometimes an issue with the data displayed in the App.
The GPS, heart Rate and speed data are not shown as expected on the App but in the Dashboard.
See below:

I tried already several times to clear the cache and data, uninstall the App and reinstall. No chance, result is the same.
This issue comes up one or two times a week, all others are displayed correct.

Any help?

Exactly the same issue here.

Only for biking.  This was solved after the last firmware update (started working again)

Now I have the same issue again.  Its is persistent. in my case.

Data is the app as on above pictures.   Dashboard online has the correct data.

Already cleared cache , stopped the application etc. 

I don't want to loose my other data, by deleting the app from my phone.

(or will the app than sync with internet again)

 

Solution highly appreciated.

In my case it's not only biking but also running.
I installed the App on my Tablet (weher Fitbit was never installed before) and it's the same.

So it's definitly an issue in the App!

Looks like it is intermittent.  Bike still not visible.  see picture.

I think meanwhile, that the amount of data = mileage will cause this error.
If i bike just 10 or 15 KM everything is OK, I also never saw an error for the running Excersise.
So I guess it is the "big data" which will crash the App
