I am getting no internet connection on fitbit both of my tablets samsung galaxy tab e and ipad air this had been going ever since last week.

Hi @drea97. Is this a screen shot of your Fitbit app or from one of the two tablets?  Also, which Fitbit device do you have? Once we have those answers, we will be better able to help you. Thanks!
