Did you mean:

No list of AUTO RECOGNIZED EXCERCISES

I am baffled. I have been using Flex 2 for couple of months and my GF migrated to same platform couple of days ago. Setting up things have been mostly as expected but one thing is beyond my understanding. We are both running the same app version 2.62.1 (2193213) and tracker firmware 24.24.30.2
Her app does not have AUTO RECOGNIZED EXCERCISES section. Not at all. Looks like this.

As opposed to the same page in my app:

What gives? What am I doing wrong (or actually, what is she doing wrong)?

Hey there @SMBoards, good to see you around in our Community, I was reading you are writing in part on behalf of your girlfriend, so it is nice to have both of you here.

Thank you for the screenshots by the way, as this allow me to have a closer look to the issue she is experiencing. I had this hiccup too in the past and usually happen after an update. So try to restart her app following these steps:

Tell her to log out from the Fitbit app and then go to the phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in the downloaded apps list. Once she is there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting her phone. When the phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.

See you later and hope this helps.
