I am so unhappy right now with my fitbit alta First i lost my average sleep time for the week, next I now have no low battery notifications by either email or on my phone, and just yesterday my daily sleep time no linger takes into account my restless sleep or awake times just start and finish times. Am i expected now to spend more money to have my Fitbit work the way i have been used to for the past 2 years?

You do still have access to average sleep for the week, though perhaps a bit harder tofind:
Q: Has weekly sleep average been replaced by sleep score, or moved to Premium?
A: No, weekly sleep average is still available to everyone. To view it, tap the sleep tile in the app, swipe left on the graphs at the top until you see “Hours in Sleep Stages,” then tap the graph to see your weekly averages.
All Fitbit users will continue to have access to their time asleep, sleep schedule, sleep quality details, as well as weekly hours slept compared to their sleep schedule. Additionally, all Fitbit users with a device capable of heart-rate tracking will also see their sleep stages and sleep score.

I am having the same problem. The sleep time on a daily basis does not take into account the time being restless and only shows a time from when I went to bed till I got up. Useless and extremely disappointed!!

Mine looks the same. When I add up the dark parts (actual sleep) I am getting about 3 hours yet it states I had 9 hours of sleep. Completely useless for those of us trying to track sleep issues. Something needs to be done to correct this or Fitbit has lost my business. Very upset!!

Hi there @mineminemine and @Sherwin7, welcome to the Community Forums. I totally understand where your disappointment is coming from. Thanks for following the suggestions provided and for the screenshot attached.
Hey @mineminemine. About the low battery notifications, go to this page (notifications) and make sure that notifications for low battery on both, mobile and email are with the checked mark. If they are, turn them off and save. Then turn them back on and save the changes. You should receive notifications afterwards.
Now, in regards to the sleep average, if you both have tried what @JohnnyRow shared with you. Please take a look at the help article: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
I've moved your post to the Android App as there are more chances to get related replies here.
I'll be around if there's anything else I may do to assist you with.
