I just received my Fitbit Versa.
It has no manual?
Where I download one?
I am using Ubuntu.
Does the fitbit work with that o.s?
Phone does not showing the charge info.
It looks like fitbit is not communicating.
I have the fitbit app on my android phone.
Appreciate any help.
Thanks.

Click Help near top right of this page (at least if on PC - not sure about mobile),. then click pic of Versa takes you to Versa help section, including link to PDF manual -on-line so can keep it updated.

Thanks for the manual info.
Manual says nothing about working on Linux?
I hope that it is the case that my Versa will only work on Windows.?

I think you are officially out of luck with Linux.
Check this link: https://www.fitbit.com/devices
"Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 10 and higher, Android OS 5.0 and higher, or Windows 10 v1607 or higher. Search below to see if your phone has been fully tested for compatibility."
But check this thread where someone found how to do it - few years old so not sure still works. Also use search box on "Linux" to see other threads about this.
