Just bought this device. Pixel 4XL, paired with Versa. I see the heart rate data on the dashboard on the website. 

 

In the app I don't see any heart rate records. I can see the current heart rate in the app. Nothing for resting heart rate and when I click to go to the chart, I see "No Measurements". 

 

What's going on??

 

My first Fitbit device. The software leaves *a lot* to be desired. Seems like most of Fitbit's success is coming from their hardware effort. Good thing they're Google's now but haven't seen anything come of it.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To resolve this issue, I recommend you to try the following steps to troubleshoot the Fitbit app on your Google Pixel 4XL and let me know if the issue persists: 

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
