@RiekoC Thanks for your help. Top!
@douglaughlin5 Welcome to the forums. I will be happy to help you out with the notifications on your Fitbit device.
Please make sure to try the tips in the following article: Why are notifications delayed or missing?. Which smartphone do you have? I also recommend checking the Fitbit app permission on your phone's settings. Take a look at this article: Why does the Fitbit app need to run in the background on my Android phone?. Usually Android smartphones have settings to preserve the battery. They vary from phone to phone but you usually find them under "Apps" in your smartphone settings.
Best AnswerHello & welcome @douglaughlin5
Since you didn't mention which Fitbit device you have, I'll do my best to give you general instructions.
This should set up your device to receive notifications. If this doesn't work, please let us know and tell us which device you have so we can provide more specific instructions.

Best AnswerI have done everything. I reset the device, deleted the device, deleted the app, and started from scratch. It takes forever to connect, and then once it does it will connect for a few moments and then goes back to not connecting.
Had the same issue on my inspire 3, tried to get assistance from Fitbit tech support but no luck there. Finally figured out that I had to do a factory reset on my watch via You Tube, which helped get the notifications coming in again.
