For XMAS 2024 I purchased 2x Fitbit Inspire 3 devices for my 2x children - one turned 13 today (Dec 27th) the other is 14 - but have supervised google family accounts (just because I've never changed it) - this is their first fitbit device (never had one before).
As many have noted I was then faced with numerous unexpected challenges (cannot login with a supervised account over 13+ and can only see ACE devices) ... so I had to ...
a) remove supervision so they could login to the fitbit app (but kept them as part of the family)
b) graduate their GOOGLE account (both done successfully - and this has been confirmed by accessing some services only available with graduated accounts)
Now both children can open the Fitbit application but neither have seen the UPDATE notification to "graduate" their Fitbit application so they can select the Inspire 3 (they still only see the ACE)?

Hello @JSchwartz00
Sorry to see you're having issues trying to get the Inspire 3 set up your your children.
Since it sounds like you've already done the steps to make this happen, I'm not sure that the information on this thread (<-- click link) is helpful. But there might be something there that will help you get the devices set up.
