No readiness score

Fitbit app not showing any readiness score. I'm going to unsubscribe. Have done everything - logged out, manual sync, update, delete app and reinstall, cleaned sensor and for the last 4 days there is no readiness score. No way to contact anyone. I'm Australian and there's only contact options for UK, Us and Canada. I guess Australia doesn't exist. I'm going to stop paying my subscription because of this.

Sorry that you aren't getting your Daily Readiness score. My apologies if you've already reviewed this help page (<-- click) on Daily Readiness score. This page explains how the score is now calculated based on your sleep, your HRV, and Resting Heart rate. Are you getting data for each of these factors?

It was either late last year or earlier this year that the Daily Readiness score became available to all Fitbit users. This feature no longer requires a Premium subscription.

Thanks and I didn't realise daily readiness wasn't for premium only. Happily, it started working again.
