I have the watch fully charged and I am not getting any readings from it . No heart rate,no steps..
Can't scroll through it exercise reading doesn't scroll through. I'm very upset with my new Fitbit 2 watch. ljlamkay@gmail.com

I would try restarting your Fitbit to see if that resolves the problem. You didn’t mention the exact Fitbit Watch you have so look here to see how it’s properly done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
