I have contacted support twice and chat once. Not much help. When they can't get it fixed in a short time they end conversations! I had fitbit Charge 3 for a couple years and no problem. The only thing I haven't tried to do is delete my account! So frustrated......

This is what I would recommend in this scenario: Why don’t I see a sleep score in the Fitbit app?. However, I am sure support has already provided you with this article. In this case, I recommend you stay in touch with support. They will provide you with a suitable resolution.

No it has not! I never received contact from support as promised in a couple of days! It's been over a week.
