No steps measured on J7 (6)

I'm a new Fitbit user. I don't have a device so I use the MobileTrack and my location permission is on and although the app measures the calories I've burnt, it says I've walked 0 steps. This is a problem because I've synced Fitbit with MyFitnessPal and I need it to adjust my calories but it doesn't.

EDIT: I tried to remove "mobiletrack" from devices and then apply it again but now it isn't giving me an option to set it back.

Accepted Solutions

If you do some digging around on the forums, I know people have come up with some creative ways to connect all of them together.

As far as MobileRun syncing over to mfp, the answer is yes and no. The steps will sync over and lead to calorie calculation, but the "activity" as such won't sync over.

Hi, @Annie1234567! If you check the device compatibility, you will see that your phone is not compatible with MobileTrack. For whatever reason, it does seem to show up on the device list initially. The only way you can get steps is to use another app on your phone, like SHealth and sync the steps over, or use MobileRun to track individual runs/walks outside.

@MakMak If I use MobileRun, will the calories adjust in MyFitnessPal

I have S Health but Fitbit doesn't sync with that either.

@MakMak Thank you. I measure my activity/exercise from Endomondo. I'll download MobileRun.
