No text or call notifications anymore on Versa2

I have a Versa2 and I am no longer getting text or call notifications on my watch. I have a Samsung Note20. I've done all the updates I can, restarted, checked all settings. Short of doing a factory reset (which I don't want to lose any data) I thibk I've tried what I can. Help!

Is your device synced with your phone? 

 

I've been having the exact same issue for the past two weeks, but I haven't been able to get my Versa 2 to sync at all, so I suspect that's why my notifications aren't being pushed to the watch.

I have had this same problem for over a week. No calls, texts or emails. I have tried everything.

Mine is syncing, because all my steps and sleep are on my watch and phone

My messages aren't getting through either.  I just get a notice that I have a new message.   All my others stuff hasn't changed.   I can't figure out if it's my versa 2 or my Galaxy s10. 🥴

My Galaxy A 51 won't sync with my fitbit. It did before. But, now won't.

My Versa 2 isn't syncing with my Samsung Galaxy A51 phone. It won't recognize my Versa 2 Bluetooth. How can I get it to work right?

I'd like you to confirm you've double checked the requirements and troubleshooting posted in this article. If you have but you're still experiencing difficulties, please let me know the Fitbit watch you have, the phone model and OS installed on it.

I have the versa 2 and I have a Samsung j7 refine. I have tried everything multiple times, but still no notifications

When this version of the app downloaded is when my Versa 2 stopped receiving notifications from my Samsung j7 refine

I have a versa 2 and Android Moto g power. Tried so if the suggestions but no notifications. My phone and Fitbit are sharing steps etc no no email or calls coming through.

I've tried all those steps posted in the article multiple times and nothing, the watch has only synced once in the past 30 days. Currently running with a Versa 2 and a Nokia 5 phone with Android 9 (Oreo) installed.

Me too, my Versa 2 stopped stopped with my phone calls and texts. It still works with steps and sleep
