No workout in exercise after update

Today i have updated mij blaze. The option workout in exercise disapeared. Is it possible to undo this? Because my workout (steps) won't be automaticly regonized.

@Lokketieske @JLToffice The firmware update may have reset the exercise shortcuts on your Blaze. I recommend checking out this help article for instructions on customizing your shortcuts. Hoping that helps you get back on track.

I've also used the instructions you've mentioned. I've gone into my windows 10 app on my computer and it still shows the workout shortcut there, but even after syncing and restarting my blaze, the work out option is not showing.
