Hi all! I have a FitBit Versa that I love! However, the last couple of weeks I'm not getting notifications. I have updated the FitBit app as well as updated my phone to Android OS9. I have restarted my phone, as well as restarted and synced my watch. I have checked all of the notifications in the app to confirm the notifications I want, but the only notification I get is phone calls. No emails or text messages.
Does anyone have a suggestion of something else I can try?!

My app update the other day. Having the same problem. No notifications are coming through to my Versa. In app it tells me to reset me phone to get them back up and running. But I've done this 3 times to no luck.

Same here. Everything worked like a charm until 3 days ago when all Whatsapp notifications stopped. If tried all the solutions and just keep getting the message to restart my phone which I did several times by now. This is so frustrating!

Same on a galaxy s8. New update stopped all texts and emails. Super frustrating for a well known app. They need to patch this soon.

I have the exact same phone with the Versa and now all notifications come through EXCEPT text messages. Very frustrating.

If you are on android. Uninstall and reinstall the app. It seems to have helped.
