Not Syncing with Samsung galaxy S7

Since app updated on samsung galaxy s7 edge it no longer finds my blaze. Not an issue with blaze as fine on my ipad. This only started happening yesterday . Any fix suggestions? Ive tried deleting and finding it again on bluetooth but still wont find it

Hey, @Fay3009! Thanks for joining us! Cat Very Happy Hmmm...have you already tried to restart your tracker? Please make sure that you don't have any other Bluetooth device that might be interfering with your connection at the moment you try to sync. 

 

This should get you back on track. Let me know!
