I've checked the list of supported phones at www.fitbit.com/devices and it shows a Galaxy Ace Style but not a Galaxy Ace. Is this your phone? If the Style is something different then you may have a problem. However, it may still be possible for it to work. At what point during the setup do you hit a problem?
As far as the laptop goes then the issue is that you are running an old version of Windows. It will work with Windows 7 but you will need a bluetooth wireless dongle from fitbit (even if your laptop has bluetooth). Unfortunately the Flex 2 doesn't come with one of these so you'd need to buy one from fitbit. Were you running Windows 10 and your laptop had a recent version of bluetooth then the fitbit dongle would not be necessary.

I'm afraid I have no idea what phone that is.
You can't sync the fitbit by pressing on it, you have to sync it via the fitbit app on your phone. Have you gone through the setup process via the app?
