Just bought my daughter a Fitbit Charge 3 for her birthday, she has downloaded the app on to her Oppo Android phone and registered her details however it is now not allowing her to login and say Fitbit is down for maintenance and it has been hours now and she is still getting same the message when she is attempting to log in. Is there maintenance happening as I can access my account no issues but she can't. Thank you.

I'd like to ask if your daughter was able to set everything up as of yet? At the moment there is not maintenance going on and thus it should work.
