Not able to change cover photo

I am no longer able to change my cover photo. The gear icon is not there. I am however, able to edit my profile photo, but again, not the cover photo which I have done before using the Fitbit app on my Samsung phone. I have the old Fitbit One clip on. What gives?

Have you tried on the Web dashboard? Pretty easy there

 

FYI it has nothing to do with the model you have. Its in the app. Totally separate.

It's not that it's difficult or that I don't know or understand how to change the cover photo. It's that the Fitbit app is no longer allowing me the option to change. So I'm curious as to why all of a sudden it's a problem. Thanks anyway Wendy.

By the way, my last comment shows that I accepted the solution to the problem, but I really didn't. I forgot to uncheck the box before posting comment...

@SunsetRunner  I am sorry that I can't help you today.  I am an iOS user.  But you seem to have an app problem, not a device problem.  I am going to move your post to the Android forum.  You might get more help there.

Yes, I'm aware it's the app and not the device... I have since then changed the cover photo, but did it on the Fitbit website instead of using the app as I've always have in the past. Thanks
