Not able to cheer posts in Community

Hi

I want to cheer the posts by my friends. However, since last three four days, when I cheer the post the "Cheer" words are highlighted, but after a few minutes I see that my cheer does not appear. Has anyone else faced a similar issue?

I am using Fitbit app on Android 11

Hi @sanilb when that happens with me, I just restart the phone. Have you tried that? I'm using Android 9

I have already tried to reinstall the app on the phone, logged off and log in again as well as restart the phone. However, the issue still persists.

@sanilb Hi there. Thanks for the troubleshooting performed and the details mentioned. 

Let's try the following even when some steps have been performed: 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Clear the app cache 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in again and try to cheer a post 

May I know the phone model you have?

Hi

I use Samsung S10 lite on Android 11. I have followed the steps again including restarting the phone, but still the issue persists intermittently. The cheer works for about 1-2 times and than it is back to square one.
