Fitbit on my samsung is dropping nearly 30% of actual steps (tracked by another pedometer that is accurate).

@Lphd Welcome to the forums. Thanks for the explanation. I will gladly help you regarding the step counting with the Fitbit app. I assume you mean the steps counted with the MobileTrack option for smartphones, right? I suggest you take a look at this article: . Make sure you have your smartphone with you at all times, so that the majority of your steps will be recorded.
