Not connecting

So I was told to do a factory reset and that worked but now when I try to add it back on the app it says tracker found bit it will not connect...does anyone know what I can do to get it to connect?

It's great to see you around @Jrmorgan. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If you are having problems setting up your tracker, I recommend following the setup procedure from a computer. Also can you please tell which tracker you have?
